Abstract Lightweight composite materials for potential thermal applications are the contemporary demand manufacturing and aircraft industries where possibility to improve tailor desired properties is based on application. Carbonized eggshell powder a solid lubricant with absorbent capability has proven as reinforcement metallic base composites. In present work, an attempt made investigate effect of carbonized chicken (3 9% by weight) microstructural Al7075 alloy processed solid-state friction stir processing. An infrared thermography three K-type thermocouples equipped plate at equal distances used measure temperature respect time.
